2015 – MOLEWA Competition China

The MOLEWA Competition ran until April 2015. Results were released in June with no winning entry announced. The Jury did however award Second, Third and Honourable mention prizes. The competition consisted of designing a whole new city next to a large “Flower Ocean” attraction in China. Once the urban layout was configured, each lot was separated into either residential, commercial or educational. John Henry Architects chose to develop a residential site on the outskirts of the urban grid, with views to the “Flower Ocean”.
